Art of Dance
Performance and Technique Workshops  

Art of Dance Workshops are produced by Ellen Werksman and hosted at various locations by studio 
owners who support dance education and encourage the 
collaborative participation of dancers who wish to expand their dance training
and explore diversity in their training.

Select studio owners who participate in this program invite outside students, 
and endorse the Scholarship program with the belief that they are part of a 
workshop experience that will benefit their students and wish to share that with others.

The Art of Dance Performance and Technique Workshop is a
totally custom-designed intensive workshop tailored to serious students of dance
aspiring to aggressively train and refine their dance performance skills and technique.
Designed and developed to provide a personal hands-on
dance education experience to students.

BRAVO dancers:
BRAVO dancers are selected from each Art of Dance location. They are hand-selected by evaluation and 
must possess advanced level skills and professional performance style. These dancers are invited to attend the 
National Werkshop in Chicago where they are taught a choreographic selection by a renowned Chicago Choreographer
and premiere this dance at the National Werkshop in Chicago.
